Maybe an error. She has always been at Empire.

Tried to book her today (last day, and my only day off work lol), reception says she got fired?
Not fully booked, not left, but fired?
Hopefully just a mistranslation or something, from the reviews here she sounds like an absolute angel.
Well I'll look around, but last I heard she was leaving this very week, so it might not be worth the time to look.
About Ichika: We had to ask her left today. She shouted and cursed a good 6 years regular customer in because he went to final shower a little late. Unfortunately he understand Japanese :startle:
Ive never seen her so cant comment but solid reviews could just be she started off well and couldnt maintain it? The fact that they continously ask for feedback not just on girls first few days shows that quality control is top notch.
Even when i repeat a girl 2 or 3 times they still sometimes ask r u sure you're happy? Are you really happy and i gave a big smile and blow them a kiss hahahaha :miao:
I highly doubt that she got fired because some guys complained/whinged to reception she would not see them because they were too big.
Shop not gonna force the girl to see a customer against her will just because they are afraid customer will whinge... there's plenty of punters on here stating they were turned down by the girl due to size and reception offered them a different girl - easy.
Why would this be any different where customer whinge and complain to reception resulted in her getting kicked out (if thats the case)? Besides they could of easily slot in an AO tag for her.... unless The girl told you herself she got fired for that reason?
I haven't seen it as much at other shops, but the main reason girls get fired is because of too many complaints.
You see a lot of comments here about Ginza's 'quality control' and this is how they maintain a high standard, and why they always ask how your session went and a score - if a girl consistently doesn't perform well or gets complaints, she either gets rate lowered or if it's bad enough, she gets fired.
