I know the above is a simplistic view of the situation but when you are marketing your product or service, then age is not an excuse for under delivery. Attitude and performance is still expected regardless. If you are expecting SydCat/MOC to thrive again, then I would suggest you set the ground rules of reasonable service to your girls. They are getting extremely well paid for their services (not saying its an easy job either) but they should also know what is expected to deliver. If they can't deliver, then they shouldn't be considered for overnights or your SydCat business as it will just impact your reputation once again.*

very good marketing, i am sure there could be 10% of the market that SydCat can target, and MOC can target the other 40% of the market.

this price range is out of my league anyway, and i have no idea how to find 12 hours of my day free for this. :P

Then change your life so that it is in your price range, study more, apply for higher position in your current job, get your patch join a gang sell some drugs, whatever???...this country has many opportunities, when I landed 6 years ago it took me all of 2 days to get a 27 dollar an hour full time job.

And once you have re assessed and changed the way you live you could be an overnight punter....or you fail and find yourself on center link, but at least you tried.

My budget after all my outgoings allow me $500 - $600 a week for punting. I reckon if I stopped all my mini punts I could comfortably do 1 overnight a month. But one thing I hardly see on this forum is AR's for overnights so I'm abit weary to venture there.

Bro, true, that is one way to look at it or do it. But there are many other things in life, so I wouldn't go bang my head on the wall and worry about it just to increase my punt budget.

If I was still in my mother land I'd be one of 2 things, 1. Gang member or 2. Stay at home dad with 10 kids, at least in this blessed country I've managed to stay out if trouble/jail and acquire security/longevity in my day job....
But I've become bored which is why I always have time to punt in the city our national human resource manager is head hunting me to take another role in the company, positive: more money, negative: none of the flexibility my current job holds and alot more travelling which I do not want to do.
