Bali is still mostly Buddhist and lots of Java is too, the other islands I can't comment on as I've not lived in them. Lots of Muslim women will happily work in massage, they just don't always do FS. Theres a lot that will do non-Muslim stuff when in a foreign country but will only be practicing when with Family or they're in public.
Don't get caught in the mindset that just cause the main religion is Islam that everyone there does it or adhere's to it's laws.
