during lockdown it was constant easy saving money. after lockdown once I begin it’s draining my savings, it’s hard to stop bcoz when you have that free time outside work/activities the urge just kicks in mind. even in public when I see girls outfit. blows my mind. No matter how often excercise too. I try to focus myself find a wife but don’t know where to start or i’m just being picky.

I don’t know why i prefer to go regular shops than discovering new shops with uncertain service. Any recommendations for great legit massage in eastern sub? that will reduce my intensity and cost less.

For me it's the temptation that I wrestle with. During lockdowns not problem. Total abstinence and not a thought otherwise. Doors n legs open and I couldn't help myself.

Lay off the porn and service sites and obviously this forum is a good start

Only new to it in recent times but after my initial splurge I have now not punted for close to two weeks so I think I am able to control it.
Mind you I am kinda saving up for a feast of sex over Christmas.

The best thing to take your mind off it is either go full on celibate or regularly jerk off.
