I can go for a few months of holding the line but eventually my mind find some justifiable reason to step into a shop. I was 'clean' for a few months then had a really great month at work in March. 13. Avoid the temptation to get involved in ML/WL affairs. I know many mongers like to help out with visas, rental applications, loans, English lessons etc all in the hope of getting some free girl friend action. It’s not worth the hassle. Just pay for the service and go home. See point 6

I have met plenty of people in their 60s who travel to Thailand and are "divorced, with kids; wife has the house but hey life's still good right?".

Switch off location services on your phone when your getting close to the shop. And on a again as soon as your a safe distance or where you would be expected to be. Another option are signal blocking cases , that way you can’t be seen but you also haven’t switched off your location services (if she is really looking she could work that out)
