I believe this is similar to hospitality service. So good service provider will thrive, and the bad apples will drop out.
As customers we have the choice to go to providers with good services and reasonable price. Overall, I'm not too fussy about the whole pricing. I have a budget for punting, do research on where to go, and return to places with good VFM.
I also really like how we, as a tiny bunch of punters, look out for each other and put up reviews, raise concern about pricing and bad attitudes. Punting is still a really enjoyable experience for me
Inflation is shooting up at the moment, with food and house rental prices going up. It's reasonable to expect sex service price to go up too. Not too much of course
