Tattoos? What do they represent?

If a pimp wanted to de-value his asset (WL) the most certain way to do it would be to get her tattooed, because some punters, perhaps a minority, dislike them. Some punters like them, but a lot do not - so why restrict her marketability?

I'm not sure why anyone would get a tattoo on or near their genitals. It doesn't seem like a wise decision, especially considering how sensitive that area is and the high risk of infection.
