Thanks for the feedback here and on the other thread. I genuinely respect what Kat and her team are doing, giving new staff the time and support to learn the ropes is no easy task. It’s clear the shop’s focus on developing talent is valuable for everyone.
Just to clarify, the tier system isn’t about telling anyone how to run their business, and it’s definitely not about knocking shop owners efforts. It’s more about helping punters know what to expect, based on feedback and how consistently a shop delivers. Here’s how the tiers are set up:
Tier 1: Leading
Rating 15–19 Points
Highly reputable, proven track record, delivers top quality, and is actively advancing.
Tier 2: Stable
Rating 10–15 Points
Established and generally reliable, but not showing strong progress or innovation.
Tier 3: Developing
Rating 5–9 Points
Reputation and quality still forming; limited or mixed feedback; potential yet to be proven.
Tier 4: Unknown
Rating 4 (lowest number)
No reliable information available; catch-all for listings with little or no details.
Sometimes a place is still building consistency or bringing new people up to speed, so being in Tier 2 reflects that stage, there’s no shame in it. Most Tier 2 shops are still solid options, and I’d visit nearly any (maybe rating 12 and above) of them expecting a great experience.
Just as an aside, Touch and DDS got a lot of visits on the site around lunch time today, probably with all the extra attention from the Lion’s tour.
As always, I’m open to feedback, whether it’s public or private, and will keep tweaking things so the system stays fair and helpful for punters. Nothing is set in stone.
And each to their own, if gorilla mating is someone’s thing, that’s cool too :-) There’s room for everyone and every preference.

Shout-out to the bloke that couldn't get a booking at TikTok or Star this afternoon, hope you had better luck at the other places I suggested. Happy punting everyone!
