This is the risk when one encounters a lady so young. She was 18/19 at the time. And immature for her age mentally.
Her life to that point had hardly been sunshines and rainbows and continues to be troubled.
That shop was a poor one for her to do her first ml job.
She was coerced into doing things she didnt want to do and for little money. Other girls at the shop would be jealous if she earned more you see.
The ramifications of this job were devastating to her.
Let’s just say i am surprised she has popped up at the 5 Star chain of all places. And is frankly still alive.
The numerous scars and cut marks on her thighs are an introduction to where this could go.

With good nurturing and careful development she could be one of the best.
Unfortunately she continues to act like trash. A bit of refinement wouldnt go astray.
Not blessed with the smartest of grey matter, she will either be a great punt for those who successfully degrade her, those that she thinks are a nice mark. Otherwise you will be in for a shit time.

I’m not sure how long she stays at this chain as this isn’t really the place to develop an ml.
Sometimes the warning signs are there in flashing red regarding their life outside a shop.
Another very young one had similar if not worse problems. We wont be seeing that one return.
This one? It’s not our job to fix her life. That would be almost impossible.

Maybe she finds someone she will listen to, who can put her on the right path.
As of now, i dont expect a happy ending for this one.
She will continue to act like trash cause thats all shes known how to be treated.

Now things are clearer to me about little miss Mercy. I agree with a lot of what you said Mes ... I mean Scotty.
I didn't notice the self-harm cutting on her legs, as she was face-down while I massaged her little bod. But the scarring, and her mood swings and anger make it pretty clear that she has Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The cutting is partly due to despising her life and herself and to distract herself from the other pains in her miserable life, including mistreatment and probable sexual abuse as a kid.

The only way someone with BPD can help themselves is to accept that they have it, then find a good psych with expertise in BPD, get properly diagnosed, have regular therapy sessions, plus take a mild anti-depressant to deal with anxiety and mood swings. And of course, leave the industry, but that's not easy when fast big money is needed, to sustain other expenses.

With drugs in the picture, scars don’t need a deeper explanation， they’re often just collateral from that phase of life.

According your simplistic explanation, everyone in that phase of life would take drugs. Her behaviours actually do have a deeper explanation, whether you are interested or not. Yeah. The cuts were the first thing I noticed when she walked in to the room.
The scars looked deep and serious.
I didn’t say anything about them.
When she started talking, she was bubbly and fun, so I assumed the scars and cuts were things of the past.

Experience today just gave merit to your review. She was nice enough, pretty young thing, but definitely has her demons. At times seemed out of it. Yeah that is a possibility because I am not skilled enough to accurately differentiate the acting from reality in such scenario. Keep fucking a crying girl just to get my money's worth is just gonna make me feel worse so I decided to take the loss as the learning fee to avoid her in the future.

yep, exactly how it works. in my short experience with this I just say "OK, please return my payment." It worked for me an she quickly regained her composure.
