Ginza is fantastic and the best service in Sydney, I’ll say Australia.
Wilson and his team are to be applauded for customer service.
Great reply from them too.

I have been with Ginza for many years too. I understand how you feel. You booked the day before. You set expectation, gradually build up the excitement, you may have done some pre for the session, or even taken the medication (some bros may do), travelled all the way to the shop, find out she wasn't available.
It happened to me a couple of times, but I would consider it rare. I have heard reception talking like a girl disappeared and uncontactable etc at the reception, or a girl came out from the previous session, but got hurt and had to cancel...etc.
Things like these happen and I believe Ginza has been managing this by all the means they have.
For me, I learn the way that always set my expectation low and expect the unexpected, and hope for the best. It works 90% of the time.
If ur gonna piss and whine abount one booking mishap and even creating a thread on here to bad mouth the shop you better avoid places No5 M.. in the last 6 months or i've had at least 3 or 4 booking changes/cancellations especially with J Gianna
There seems to be some conflicting information, and would be grateful if someone could fill in some of my blanks.
- If OP arrived early at 10:10am, one would presume it would be for either a 10:30am or 11:00am booking. I don't believe girls are rostered on at the quarter, i.e. 10:15am/10;45am.
- Further, the girl is claimed to have arrived at 10:24am, which presumably is ample time to make it for a 10:30am booking.
- Driving into the city at presumably around 10:00am and finding parking is also an interesting point made by OP, so unless parking was found in close proximity, one would definitely catch multiple calls and/or texts in the <14mins. However I presume OP was emotional and did not want to pick up any calls.
Am I missing something here?
Nonetheless, 1 failed booking in 20 years seems to be a great statistic to me.
That’s probably the bigger point. If you’re charging top dollar, people quite reasonably expect top service — and at the very least, a text before they’ve driven across town for a booking that no longer exists.
Reputation might buy you some forgiveness, but it shouldn’t become an excuse for complacency.
Yeah...... the bus at my bus stop last Thursday says it'll arrive at 8.15am and it never did for the next 30 mins.
The dish that I was really looking forward to eat was sold out at my favourite restaurant when I went there 2 weeks ago.
So what? That's life. Deal with it. Are you THAT entitled??
