With those professional looking quality youtube videos posted online for gogo's, they are all management agreed, girl, and customer agreed shot videos.
They are advertising, whether they are shot by the gogo, or a youtuber, or someone else and released, they are sanctioned.
They are titivation and encouragement to visit, plus they don't show what is likely really going on in nearly everyone of those places.

You walk in and try to film without permission, or do so covertly with a hidden camera and get caught, then good luck to you.
