You probably are going to be clean, the sex practices you engaged in were not particularly high risk (well, unprotected oral sex maybe a little), but anybody that tells you that you have NOTHING to worry about, and will DEFINTELY be ok is just baby-talking you.
GP said after i explained my situtaion that HIV chance is very very low since i wore condom all ta way then she asked me to supply urine sample on wednesday morning for other STDs, funny when i ask do i need to wait a few days to ensure the result is accurate she said NO, if this test is clean then i m clean.

Actually, you can read about HIV online. But make sure, the source is reliable, such as some country's ministry of health study paper or something.
The chance is very low to get infected through unprotected oral sex (BBBJ).
And is even lower, close to none from kissing. Unless there is open wound, or someone had ulcer or something. And even if someone have it, it is still low. I forget the actual number from the study paper. But even the study paper says, the virus can't stand the enzymes in our saliva, so it should be impossible, however, the survey shows some, but it might be because of the subjects did other thing that make them infected with the virus.
That's for HIV by the way, and that's the most lethal one.
So, nothing to worry man.
