Really just shows their concern with the level of customer service with the level of attention to the website, as well as their replies above.

The attitude of Vixens-271 in his responses in this thread is the reason I will not be returning to this shop.
Such poor and immature responses to customer dissatisfaction. I'd never have any confidence that any issue I had would be dealt with rationally after this display.

Exactly. After seeing their replies on this thread, they have not even apologize to the OP nor try to address the matter in an appropriate manner..
Good and bad punt does happen, but its up to YOU shop owners whether the customer will feel that they being treated nicely or not that decide if they going to come back or not.

Working in 5 starsa "professional " of 2 lines service must very busy! For sure you never have time to have a try other shop!
Or 5 stars cut down business time for some reasons but Vixens 24/7 that s why you have more time AR also follow on reviews this way

How are you mate, never been to your shop as it is not my usual area and its out of the way.
This is really none of my business but watching on the sideline how a storm in a tea cup got blow out of proportion is quite amazing .
Not trying to tell you how to run your business but I do come from a customer services background so one thing I do know is:
Golden rule no. 1, the customer is always right !
Golden rule no. 2, if the customer is wrong , see rule no. 1 !
And of course, you can also substitute the word customer with the Boss or the Wife and it will work too!
When someone makes a complain in the forum and the shop owner try to respond and either do some damage control or simply apologise publicly but resolve the matter private , the case will close very quickly , and punters all have a short memory, so everybody moves on , it's a win win!
At the end of the day, whether it was the WL's fault or the punter making an unreasonable complain its really between the shop and punter - and shouldn't developed into so much arguments from so many partie joining in for some bashing fun, and the shop owner got backed into the corner!
Right now , this is no longer a winnable situation for either party, but at least everybody had a say, and let off some steam!
So best way it's for Vixens to ask Admin to delete this thread and start fresh again !
