If it was a liaison that had gone on for a while then the possibility would be there that it was genuine. It sounds like a very short period that the extra attention came your way. You don't even know how many others she has propositioned for a visa. I doubt you are the only one.
Don't feel sorry for her. There are other options like student visas, so don't do it.
