Damn right. If you feel like you've got no other choice than to trod the beaten path to a shop that you so despise, then I honestly...honestly feel sorry for you.
I think a lot of the problems with Ada is that she has been on the roster but has just not turned up she did that quite a few times about 6 weeks or so ago and I think she did it again last week.
Makes it hard for the shop as they end up a girl short and I am not sure what the story the shop gives the customer but from what I read on hear you guys don't care what the story is, which I can understand.
Not sure what the shop can do about the girl not turning up other than give her a warning and then not roster her if she does it again!
