Yeah. Hot (or luke warm) towel wash down for you and the girl (sometimes wet wipes sometime paper towels) is awful. That's why I only go to 200/1 now for massage: friendly staff, professional massage and waxing and clean shower.
And I don't know what lollies they have at reception but they are nice, too! :-)
