Just my guess but I think she was doing 14-day quarantine layover in Pakistan (verifiable images from Pakistan) but couldn't make it in the end. Right about that time, bunch of girls were making their way from Thailand. While they were able to get in just before the complete shutdown, she must have missed it by a day or so.
So must be back in China now.
