I can attest. I've been working on a project involving offshore Indian developers. There's one guy who's more experienced in the team and a junior guy. I had a different experience. Only saw one Japanese girl , probably seen her 20 times at least in last 1 year , super nice, beautiful and friendly. At one point she even offered not to charge me for few sessions. I believe she just wanted to be respectfully treated. Or it could very well be just my luck.
