You have a point there. Were any people that arrived from overseas for the Mardi Gras checked? We don't have anything set up at the airports to monitor whether people are arriving with fevers or other virus symptoms. Someone said the virus prefers cold conditions. My good friend whom use to be a regular for Ginza just find out caught the virus after visit one of the Jap girl last week. He was all of sudden keep coughing with light fever after the visit in the next day.
