Judging from the photo, I think this Suki is Asako at 278/Ginza. And I think she's also Miname at 5*. Could be wrong though...

Yes you are correct.

Suki is Asako, she was 21 in 2016, she started the industry in Japan when she was 19.

Is she still on the roster?
