punt about 1-2 times a week, I find the 2nd day after a punt is the hardest and the craving at its strongest, mentally and physically, after the 3rd day it dies downn a bit, after 1 week the craving is back full force.

The most I have been is weekly for couple of weeks. Mostly its the guilt of seeing a WL specially if the experience is not that great or place may not be tidy.
