This thread is so funny.. I don't think these girls are saying no to non-Asian customers based on dick size. I would say behaviour, cleanliness & $$$ play a more major role.
I also don't think that tiny chipolatas syndrome is exclusive to the Asians. Try googling the smallest dick in the world and be surprised..

I'm not so sure it's just cleanliness and behaviour. Much of it is stereotypical hype attributed to different cultures. In any case, it's not difficult for a punter to break those stereotypes by being polite, respectful and have some idea about personal grooming. If she wanted to be screwing someone that wasn't any of these, she'd just go out on the town one night and pick up. Many ML's will initially be uncomfortable with a race they've heard bad rumours about but will quickly defend the individual punter if they turn our out different to the rumours that they hear.
I think if you look at some of the posts by BMs, you can easily see that the only reason they dont see any particular race is due to racism, nothing else. If it was anything else then they would also reject some asians as i am sure some asians can be rough or lacking in hygiene. Same if it goes for size as some asians will be large. There is only one reason to blanket ban a race based on "some excuse", its always the same reason...racism due to lack of knowledge and / or traditional beliefs. It shouldnt happen in a service orientated business because that would be like restaurants or other companies refusing clientele based purely on race. It should happen based on individual assessments.
If I was told that 30% of a particular race or even 50% of a race was usually rejected but the girl saw the other 50% then at least i can believe that there was some partial individuality..but 100%...and then to allow 100% of another race.....? come on people, lets call a spade a spade.
You can either agree they should be doing it or disagree that they shouldnt be doing it but at the very least admit it for what it is. I dont see the point in hiding behind other "excuses" or negative and insulting assumptions.

Some racial stereotypes are based on 'fact'. When I lived in Hong Kong locals would say how gwailoh stank because of the dairy/lamb etc we consume. We couldn't smell it but damn they could. Same if you even date a vegan, they have a distinct aroma. When I sold real estate in toongabbie, seven hills etc any properties that had been inhabited by Indian families etc had to be discounted as the smell of the cooking actually permeated through gyprock etc, and if you've been in the Pacific islands at 4pm on a hot day you'd know the locals aren't keen on deodorant. Now it's impossible to go on a case by case scenario by walking in and sniffing a client, so it would be easier just to say 'No' as a rule of thumb. Then you have to take in to account differing attitudes toward women etc in different cultures. Two wl I knew left the industry after having a strong Lebanese + Indian following to match the other races (these girls were caucs). Some of the stories they told me were pretty horrendous, not saying they wouldn't get that from other races, but the sheer volume of it from two races formed an unchanging opinion in their minds, so they banned them. I've been on the receiving end o/s where I was refused service as a whitey.

Taking a select few and pointing at it and saying that thats why everyone in that race are like that...is exactly what racism is all about. I can say the same about every race but for every point i show, i am sure there will be others here who can prove that my "facts" dont relate to them.
McDonalds refuses customers who are aggressive, violent, drunk etc. They dont refuse a particular race because the last time a violent customer came into the store he was from that particular race. There are prisons in all countries from last i checked, so i can only assume there are criminals and violent people in all countries.
You missed the part where I said it is far easier to work off the majority. I was told that 'all westerners...' when living in Japan. Now those opinions were based on experiences of mostly US forces who were stationed there. Remember, many truths people cling to depend on a certain point of view. My opinion of for example Hong Kong Chinese would be based on three years living there, it is no more true than the opinion of a local or a tourist on stopover, because each has their own experience.
Maybe these shops follow the path of least resistance, maybe enough of the girls had bad experience to warrant banning a race, but simply labeling all shops racist without acknowledging potential scenarios that lead to a decision is no different to the scenarios offered of shops simply being racist.
I think it is racism, but you can't always blame the girl, and I don't think there is much you can do about it.
There will always be a certain pecentage of people in each culture that behave badly enough to give a certain percentage of people in other cultures reason to think that this culture is bad for certain reasons. Also looking different can trigger this response. Also misunderstanding certain cultural practices can be a trigger.
As the general level of education and tolerance increases in the respective communities these percentages drop.
I think the best we can do as individuals is to be polite/gentle/nice to the girls and to try to educate the less tolerant and racist amongst us (except don't bother trying to educate a shock jock, as this would threaten their support base and thus their income).
Maybe one day the world will be a perfect place...
I gotta say, I'm with Lonewolf on this one. I have heard a lot of backroom chat and a lot of the things they discuss are innuendo, gossip and rumour. And yep, some of the ML's and WL's are racist. Some of the Asians I know are the most spiteful, jealous, petty people I've ever met and to top it off, love to play the racist card when it suits them.
Thankfully, other Asians don't fit that type either...
I think in the majority of cases its ignorance, rather than a malicious racism, but I'm not prepared to say unequivocally that is the case. We are all a product of our upbringing,I was lucky enough to spend a large portion of my life traveling and experiencing many different cultures etc, and perhaps I have a different definition of racism. I've been told countless times 'no whiteys' and it's no skin off my nose. Annoying when it's -10 in Seoul and you're horny as fuck but it all works out in the end.
i think mostly its a case of theyve had an issue with that kind of race before and theyre unwilling to give those kind of people another go... i say not everyone is the same so chances should be made ..
I help manage a legit Thai shop in Surry Hills and many of the girls there don't like Indians. but to me its not so much about racism as personal choice. if you look up the basic dictionary definition, it is the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, esp. so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races. it is also prejudice or discrimination directed against someone of a different race based on such a belief.
a person, for their own reasons, may not like a particular race, but that doesn't necessarily imply "inferior" or "superior". the girls I've chatted with about this all have their own reasons, and in the case of the Indians, their reasons are valid ones. for example, if the girl continues to have bad experiences with a particular race then she make not like them (in general) and may not want to take them as customers. this has nothing to do with racism. and it doesn't imply she'll "always" have a bad experience with people of this race.
above all there is our freedom of choice.
I went to a nightclub in Oxford st one night and the man at the door told me it was a "gay" only night and said I couldn't come in. I just said "great! thanks for the heads up (immediately feeling sorry for my choice of words and the unintended pun). if its gay-only then I certainly don't want to come in." this is a form of discrimination, but to me they have that choice. I can find another place to go. but don't get your panties in a knot when I have my own club and stop you at the door because its "hetro" only.
