With Sawa I have no idea how jack jack can rate her so high as my experience with her was completely different.
I told reception about this and being ginza they completely understood and respected my complaint and compensated me accordingly. And IÂ’m very grateful for this.
All I want to say is, sometimes these reviews are not completely accurate and always take them with a grain of salt. Once again thank you to Ginza management to care for their customers hard earned cash and resolve the matter in such professional manner.
