Haha, you noticed, yeah, if I put her real age, seems too young for a ML, I don't like girl get booked so quickly for the sake of age, so she agreed plus 4 or 5 years. You can always tell the age by girls' body and skin when you come to see them.
And sorry for Chinese mainland clients, she prefer non mainland due to friends circle problems.

Yeah, due to the small Asian community circles and individual privacy, some our Chinese mainland girls prefer non-mainland Chinese clients, but ABC, Hongkong, Taiwan, Malaysian or Indonesian Chinese are all welcome.

I have known Alice a long time and while I'm happy to defense her against your comment but I won't as I am not one of her girls so I really can't tell what she is like as a boss. I'm sure there are plenty other 227 regulars who may response to your statement above.
But one thing I do know as a customer and punter is that, happy boss has happy girls , and happy girls give good services to make customers happy and for that, Alice is doing an excellent job consistently over a long period of time.
Many of my top favourites like Rebecca, Emma, Amy, Jessie, Iris, Linda, Rita and most recently Lucia all love Alice as a big sister. So I think Alice must be very nice to them?
But of course there are plenty other MLs at 227 I haven't met so I guess you can't keep all the girls happy?

Some of the Chinese girls that have left only did this job temporarily to increase their spending money. Once they have enough for what they want, they quit the industry for a while, until they need the extra money again. They don’t do it as a long term career. They usually enjoy their time working with us in a friendly shop. Also, girls tips are paid up front and guaranteed. Rita has been on and off for a while, will let you know when she comes back again.
We select and train our girls to a high standard, if they couldn’t reach our standard we let them off, that way we can maintain quality service for our customers.
I really enjoy going to Alice's shop. Their facilities are the best for a Chinese shop - it rivals many of the higher end Cauc shops but prices are very reasonable. If only her shop had longer opening hours it would be perfect. A bonus is the free parking in the shopping centre next door. Not many Chinese shops comes close to what Alice offers.
