Mascot 413 usually has a few ladyboys on from what I've heard (never been myself as the place looks a dump). Was at 10 Marsh in Granville/Clyde once and the girl I saw there warned me there were a few ladyboys on the roster lol. I did check that she was a she.

As far as the city FS shops go such as Ginza/Empire, 359, Kyoto/57, 5* I haven't heard of a ladyboy being on their roster before.
