From my experience at GC, I've witnessed the goings on around the front counter when I arrived for or left from my after-work bookings, usually around 4 - 5pm. It's true that at around that time of the day, there would be some blokes milling around there making enquiries or one of the receptionists would be on the phone with someone talking about a girl. Maybe you blokes can go there in person at around the time of the roster dropping to "enquire" about a booking?
TBH, Wilson can "fix" the problem easily by using a cloud-based booking system, there are many options available out there these days. The customer can self-serve, find their own slot and book it. But that would take away some people's privileges, of course.
