Yes, this is exactly it. That's why I find value in "negative" reviews, not by using them to avoid seeing certain girls but to actually identify those that I will see. I know how I operate, I really hate being with "service" girls because they tend to call the shots and are usually too jaded to feel anything. You go down on them, 90% will have zero real reactions. A good reviewer will always provide context for what he (or she, I suppose) has to say. The context is always crucial, or critical, as is demonstrated by many of the discussions here.
A girls service can be very subjective too, and also it can come down to the connection you have with the girl. The services one customer gets, won’t be the same as every customer receives. Some girls will have bad days, or the customer could be completely rude, demanding, arrogant, rough, all of which might get the girl offside.
I have definitely used some reviews as guides as to who to try and who to avoid, but even if I see a glowing review of a girl, I don’t enter the session with any specific ideas on what might be on offer, just have to let the session develop. If we click, then it’s a bonus.

The mamasan for 130 Botany Road and 219 Croydon is often called rude in reviews but my experience has been fair. In fact I have seen them talk rudely to other punters. I think in one place the guy was maybe drunk.

I've only had one bad punt, so far, but that was just my opinion. I haven't had enough to really be able to compare or truly evaluate,. I did give some feedback to the mamasan, which she seemed to appreciate. She said she would speak to the ML, then invited me back and said she would recommend a couples of girls to really make up for my disappointment. I've yet to be able to take her up on the offer. I don't want to openly criticise someone for not meeting my personal preferences.
If you're getting free sex then you wouldn't complain if the girl was not up to scratch. You would just take it on the chin and find someone better. However, you're paying for a service provided by a girl. If the service was terrible and I mean very bad (and not where her service ticked all the boxes but she just didn't allow DFK or DATY to the disappointment of the punter) then you have a right to complain to the boss or mamasan or write a negative review. Why be silent in cases of bad service?
