On the other hand, a shop girl can increase her rate by $10, $20 or $30 and come up with "odd" looking dollar amounts like $330 /hour because there's a cashier out the front of the shop that handles the cash and can give the change back to the punter.

There was no discussion about it at all. I had no idea until 30 minutes in when I saw that she had a pad on and didn't take off her underwear. (which threw out most if not all of the extras I would have had in mind considering she was advertised as "open minded"). Yes, that is my mistake. I was unaware of the price difference between shops and whether or not the massage includes a HJ. In my 5 or so visits to RNJs I was more used to extras beyond a HJ that I did not know if it was included in the base price or not.

The extras I would usually go for are pussy slide (although I've never had this properly done, BBBJ, DATY, cuddling and kissing. Yes $50 isn't much for that but I would have covered any extra if I was short.

I was just caught off guard by the fact that I was asked for $50 for something that I didn't know cost $50 and I was quite unhappy with the attitude of the ML and the Mamasan when trying to discuss it.
