all the old towels, sheets and pillowcases have been replaced. A new cleaner has been employed and some of the beds will be replaced this week.

Refurb's are a double-edged sword from the punters POV, as costs usually rise in accordance. But this is great to hear as imo you only needed to focus on those little details. Thumbs up.
