When i was younger and it was before the dating app days AND when sydney nightlife was still good, i used to go around sydney picking up girls
I did get women to sleep with me, but it was very time consuming. Since i lived in the burbs, travelling to the city and back on shittyrail took over an hour.
Then approaching, getting her number, dates, flakes, no shows, logistics to take her back home, and trying to get her to have sex was a tedious task. The saying hi to final sex ratio was very low.
It was also inconsistent as well. Some nights i would do very well eg kissing one girl, fingering another and sex with another girl in the parking lot to getting absolutely shut down 10 times a night and going home with nothing but feeling shit.
When i was younger and poorer, it was something fun and exciting but after early 20s, its just not a productive way to spend your life tbh.
Now you can drive around sydney and pick any one of the 1000 working girls or two
Apps like tinder work if you are a good looking and stand out from the rest. Way more guys on there than there are women. If you are one of those types of guys, it’s a goldmine. I’m decent looking but definitely no Brad Pitt, so it means I would have to devote the time and apply myself more than others. Then it’s a case of meeting for coffee and dinner. If you don’t click, that’s time and money down the drain. May as well go and see ML/WL and walk out happy. Although, it’s not the best for one’s self confidence (for me anyway). My perspective may come across as negative but it’s the reality for guys these days.
Women are quite picky on those sites and have heard stories from mates time and time again. One in particular has met up with a few girls off tinder and hasn’t had much luck. Some girls being quite blunt in terms of communicating that they don’t find him attractive. He walks away quite dejected. The good looking rooster of the group does quite well but is sick of paying for dinners and having to spend time with them in order to get them into the bedroom lol.
As per a previous post, nothing is free. You just have to make a decision as to whether you want to play the game or go to FS or massage joint and take a pick of one of the gorgeous girls.
