Hypothetically If got caught in a room with a minor at a legitimate shop are you in trouble in the eye of the law? Of if you write a review of FS action with a ML/WL who turned out to be underage, do you become a sex offender?

Could be similar to a manslaughter charge. You might not have intended to but u still done it.

Well now we know it cant all be true if at least one of the girls is still rostered on and actively working there. Any punters willing to TOFTT to try and find out the truth. Braver man than I if so. Also would it not incriminate the other girls there who did Les Doubles with them?

I think if you didn't know at the time you will be clear, but even so who wants to go through the trouble of having to prove it? What if you can't? That's a huge risk. So.... Let the scrubbing continue!

I don't know why you're saying it can't all be true, the bloke who wrote about the underage thing pretty clearly said the immigration issue and the under-age issue were two separate girls.. could all totally be false accusation too I suppose.

All I know is I won't be going near any shop that's facilitated a minor at any stage in time. The potential headache simply isn't worthwhile and with the number of shops in Sydney alone, it's not hard to stay away from a few shops when you have more than 50 to choose from.

Thats exactly my point. If it's the two separate girls as mentioned by desolateguy with two different problems, but one of the girls is still actively working there, then we know at least one of the rumours can't be accurate I.e the immigration issue. It doesn't mean the other underage rumour isn't true, but seems unlikely the underage girl is one of the girls who is working today as a few had suspected unless the shop owners are absolutely brain dead and asking for trouble.

She is literally rostered on now. SGM even bumped her AR today which had punters talking about their doubles with the other girl. As I said it doesnt mean the other rumour isnt true, just that it can't or is at least very unlikely "all true".

Stupid comment. Law requires evidence. A crime may or may not have occurred. It still needs to be proven and it needs evidence. Hearsay or AR's on punting sites leave a trail but they alone prove zero. You are right about one thing. Police don't waste their time 👍

Bro too many edited and deleted posts to keep up with. Choose to believe what you want. All I did was ask a question. The other girl in question was Aussie, she cant have had a visa problem.

This is honestly disgraceful by the establishment (if this is true). How are you running a brothel and not even doing the most basic age checks? That’s literally the bare minimum.

If they’re cutting corners on something this serious, what else are they skipping? Doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in how they handle health checks either.

Feel for the punters who went there thinking everything was above board, now they could be dragged into a legal nightmare.

What’s worse is it sounds like multiple places had her on the roster and not a single one bothered to verify her age properly. That’s just reckless.

There are plenty of ways police can build a case and collate evidence in a situation like this. The minor’s own statement, witnesses, CCTV, text messages, booking systems, customer or bookkeeping records - it all adds up.

We also don’t know who tipped police off. It could have been another worker, reception, or even the minor themselves. Police could’ve had someone logging times, clients, and details before the actual raid to build a timeline.

And lets be real, police don’t just randomly raid a business. They generally need a warrant, and to get that they have to show reasonable grounds that an offence has been committed. That means they likely already had a decent amount of evidence before stepping in.

These are disgusting allegations. Some clients are going to be unwittingly implicated and people who contacted this place will have their messages with the popo.

Managements responsibility to verify age. This is a licensed bordello which has obligations. Most punters would rely on management advertisement. Management owners need to be held accountable.

Imo It would be pretty hard for police to convict a punter if punter thought age was 18+ unless it was obvious in person, or they were told otherwise before by WeChat, SMS, verbally and still seen. In that case I hope the police throw the book at them and anyone else involved.

I wonder if she would come back to work when she comes of age? Then for once the 18 yr old profile will be accurate. :cool2:
