Sleeping, studying, reading, watching movies.
All Fixed and flexible shifts have their pros and cons. Whenever I had free time (I mean when class finished), I didn't come home but go straight to KC to work as their shifts ate very flexible. But now I only have fixed one. sorry if I couldn't answer properly.

Yes - also the skin can be over attached on the underside. This is easily fixed and one of the only legitimate reasons for actually getting cut.
