Went to Smile today and ended up chatting to the owner for many hours. Now have almost 30 Japanese girls rotating around their shops. Apartment in the city now closed.

Asked about Momo and told she would be back very shortly and will be business as usual.

Was taken for a drive to show me what was going to open in a couple of days time - $2 million Mansion at Robertson where every room has ensuite with Spa, shower etc. So start with a spa before moving on to the massage table. Will be able to drive up the drive and into the garage for privacy. Was lucky enough to get a free pre opening trial - will I return? depends on the final pricing. Will keep going to the shop though.

Will be a little premium for the luxury massage etc. I guess to cover the cost of the property lease. Session started in the spa then moved to the massage table ��

When you walk into the room check the spa is empty and it is filled in front of you. That's what I do in Thailand. It only takes a few minutes to fill.

Else could be prone to neighbour complaints and attracting unwanted attention.

Yeah heard that aswell 30% of house can be used rest need lived in and maximum 2 working and trading hours are restricted. One reason why I always bit nervous going to massage shops run from houses

Momo returning will be worth a visit from me

yeah, can you imagine the attention this will create in a private street if they 3-4 girls working for 12 hours, would be worse than driving through a school zone at pick up time.

Correct. I asked Smile owner about the legality in a residential area. He checked into it before taking this on. Said he will only have a maximum of 2 rooms operating. Will be interesting to see how it goes.
