Is just like any business. If its new people come to taste it out. In punting is a expensive meal for us guys. Some may taste a few times then the meal being to taste the same we move on to the next. Punting is hunting for a girl to fullfill a men desired.
I think 278 is doing 42 or n5m doing have many girls on as possible, n they will tell girls how busy they were. But if the business is not busy as it first open then the girls slowly will move to other shops, my opinion I thinks girls work in ginza or 278 b4 n move to other shop will be a benefit as they know how to pleasure us now.
278 is giving $20 discount for first 50 punter during the day. If so busy why giving discount ?

Probably just going through a down period and will need some time to recruit and fill up their roster again.
Also, some girls tend to try working elsewhere to test the water. If it doesnt suit them, they return.
Hope 278 really do well, but that all Sydney parlours can benefit from its example in high standard service
Lets learn the full picture. While we get the updates on who is leaving from suburban shops, and going to 278 to work, I trust we will also get the feedback of who return.
I have read before of WL returning to their previous employers after trying out Cleveland Street. Cant remember the specific names but others will know what Im talking about

Lulu at 278 is very good example, I try her at g42 she is really not good, she pretty but service wise not experience but now look she at 278 she now a superstar she learn how to do her job n she know how to serve the clients.
I believe if she goes back to g42 she will make d same amount of money's as she is at 278

it's a real shame 42G is copping some heat. The mass exodus of girls was pretty snappy and hard for any shop to cope with.
I found so many great and nice girl there so hopefully they build back up
I would usually book in advance as I knew the girls I liked.
The downside of booking is you waive your right to see the line-up. Which always annoyed me.
I think 42G should still offer you the line-up even when you do a booking. This way you can see what other hidden talents there are for future visits.
if I had a booking and saw a Hottie in the line-up I'd most likely consider a back to back session.
Maybe 42G can be more forthcoming in showing girls to those who book in hope of future bookings

A WL once told me most WL move from shop to shop to get new business. Most guys will see girls 1 to 3 times only. Once the girls customers base dry up she have to move to new paster. In terms of quality of girls there are definite gems at 42, maybe more so before than now. They definitely need to focus on quality than quanitity. If the quality was more consistent id be going there more often. I dont like having my time wasted and these days the general quality has dropped.
The consistent quality is the key to ginzas success, although im not a fan of ginza, mainly because the management custmer service is so poor and arrogant. They are known for being assholes to customers. I really wish other shops would step up their game, the sydney market is so soft.
