My post was really for the newbies who don't understand that you can decline OTT requests (politely, it's not life and death), and that before getting down to business, one should make sure there is a mutual agreement and understanding of services to be rendered and payments to be made. It's been stated so often on many forums: establish menu, price, and in certain locations, time of departure (hers), with a pay AFTER acceptance. So many problems are quite easily avoided that way.
