I'm not a lawyer but from what I know for a PR visa to be cancelled someone has got to be convicted of an offence where they could receive a year or more in prison. I might be wrong about this but I think it unlikely that Pam has been in enough trouble to get her visa cancelled.
I stay away from Stanley St these days but seems to me that Pam not being around has to be a good thing.
