Welcome to the forum mate !
I have posted a few cricket related threads in the past, mostly around Michael Clarke like when he made 300 against India and the double centures vs the Proteas - but funny enough, I first noticed Micharl Clarke NOT because of cricket nor himself as a cricketer - it was becasue of the: Where the bloody hell was Lara Bingle - and of course, once I started following cricket I was kind of hooked...............lol
And to be fair, it was a dismal time when I started this thread - straight after losing 4-0 in India and it was late at night in the first Ashes test in England, Australia was 9 for not too many and in came Ashton Agar, the 19 year old on debut, batting with Phil Huges who wasn't in much form himself - well, the rest was history and record breaking for the number 11th and history making 10th wicket stand!
That's CRICKET !!
It was deja vu on Wednesday night, Thursday morning at around 3.30am, when we couldn't bowl SA out for 140+ overs, with six overs left for the day and the test series and the Proteas was looking likely to send Graeme Smith off for the last time Not as a series losing Captain. All the Aussie bowlers were exhausted, half injured and jaded. Then Captain Clarke throw the ball to the most unlike and almost crippled Harris for one last effort.
Two clean bowled wickets in three balls and it was all over! what a legend !!
That's a cricket moment worthy of staying up to listen - I have no Fox Tv, just listening in on ABC !!
There is nothing more we can ask from the team and nothing more to say really.
Cheers
