Maybe you blokes can go there in person at around the time of the roster dropping to "enquire" about a booking?
TBH, Wilson can "fix" the problem easily by using a cloud-based booking system, there are many options available out there these days. The customer can self-serve, find their own slot and book it. But that would take away some people's privileges, of course.
