PS this doesn’t apply to just Ginza we shouldn’t ever berate and swear or be demeaning to tue shop and girls if you don’t like it take your money elsewhere

As an ex retail worker our day today is stressful enough I don’t need a Karen or some whack job tell me why I’m slow at my job or why stuck in this job and why I didn’t study or work harder at school …..

No excuse for swearing and yelling at reception guys just trying to do a difficult job in any circumstances, but it wouldn't seem too bright to be behaving that way towards guys who control your future booking outcomes!

Yeah the receptionists at Ginza Empire are always to polite and easy to deal with

I've only been to empire twice and both without bookings. I found the receptionists to be amazing both times, recommending me great girls and legitimately asking what I thought of them afterwards. Both times were winners. Looks like I might be headed back to Sydney again next month so it's time to stop wasting money on expensive shops in brissie and save for the good stuff at ginza....I might even have to give club a visit next time

It's bit silly to dismiss how difficult the work is by just describing one part of their work in a mocking way

I'm sure there many customers are pretty simple to deal with but there always those think they're a God just because they're paying customers, are demanding of booking any girls they want. Or that they upset they can't get a girl they want. Like how the hell some guy think he's gonna get K IU or J Asumi first slot when he comes in at 10:20am on the day and then get mad... yes I have seen that happen. I can only imagine how much more dumb shit they have to deal with. Or the other day some guy was full yelling and swearing "F*CK" this and that just because reception was bit slow in replying to his messages because they have a huge backlog they trying to go through. Then imagine having to deal with this all day.

Then there's the shady customers that try to stealth girls or demanding BBFS or anal or being super rough which my regular told me is why she changed to no Indians and Asian only not because it’s a size issue
Then I read reception defending k sweetly the other which they also have to deal and protect the girls.

For booking they then need to track various constraints like the availability of the girl, her preferences such as No Indian, potentially the punter history while dealing with constant stream of bookings. Then there other shit that like if the girl is running late or if they cancel then they have to manage all the booking and deal with angry customers that was out of their control.

There also the long hours they do, I presume they usually work from opening to close hours and bit more. So try doing that while sleep deprived as well.

Maybe each individual thing not too bad, every job has it shit parts, but all that together sounds stressful as fk

At the end of the day, just be respectful to everyone in the service industry and go to the shop for good time.

There are a couple of poster boys around here. I suppose it is just how it goes in a forum of this nature. Don’t get me wrong the shop is fantastic and I am a regular dropping about $1200 a week across the two establishments. Not s criticism of the shop, it is just business I suppose

im a regular at the shop yes i can easily drop at least $1k on a bad week if they have new girls or my regulars are working there.. shouldnt not be hard to tell based on my reviews in the AR section

either Ginzas, Kyoto and Sakura No5 M No 42 Glades Pyrmont and Mirage and CBD style massage places... - none of the reception team at these shops deserve to be treated like shit and for ppl to assume their job is "easy"

i been punting before you even joined this forum i have my preferred shops cos i have been burnt and catfished at other shops

so why dont you come back when you have something of more value to contribute to or when you can make a claim that is supported by facts...
