That’s awesome. Can I ask, is she Thai, Chinese etc? Not asking who she is as it’s not my business and you have a very good thing happening. Just curious as to which nationality is more likely to be more engaging with regulars and allow you to build that trust and rapport.

All good dude...
She is HK chinese in her 20s.
Have been seeing her for about 9 months.
We sort of clicked straight away and after a few months seeing her, it was like clockwork, very easy and stress free without the weird bouts of nervousness etc i get when rocking up to a door to the unknown.
The rapport is great as we get on like good friends.
We try different things and i guess she trusts me alot which is cool.
I always ask her if she needs anything when im on the way too and don't mind grabbing her stuff if i can.
I have bought her a couple of cheeky outfits and she often asks what i want her to wear which is an awesome touch.
Over the months she has warned up alot and we do things she doesn't advertise or would generally say no too.

That is awesome mate. Sounds as though there is a lot of respect both ways. From what I have read on here, it does pay to have a regular and it’s a case of finding one you click with. Right now I am more into ML than I am WL as there that feeling of the unknown and where it might lead, which is exciting.
