Well, some are "form over function"... A "good" restaurant is one that has pressed linen tablecloths, silver utensils, and crystal glasses. So the meal MUST be good due to the elegant setting. Others, like myself, have no problem dining at that nondescript diner, paper mats, plastic utensils, paper cups. Because the chef KNOWS how to prepare and serve a meal. And along with the delicious "meal", there's some entertaining banter.
Personally, I'll take an experienced MILF over some SYT (some rare exceptions) most anytime. As I've posted before, she KNOWS how, she appreciates the business, looking to be entertaining enough to generate repeat business, has realistic expectations, treats you as an individual rather than "next"...
