I've never experienced a problem with booking several days ahead. I do though check/confirm again on the day as the booking process at T5 has in the past been a little unreliable at times.

Cream’s service was surprisingly good. Early 20s, young and pretty, with solid massage skills as well. Standard pricing too, which was a nice bonus. The only downside for me was no BBBJ, but overall still a very enjoyable session.
