It's great to hear you're finding joy in different hobbies, especially with your daughter! I totally get where you're coming from with the dilemma of investing time and money into PC gaming. It's a big commitment.
Funny enough, I found myself in a similar situation a while back. With work and family commitments, diving into PC gaming seemed daunting. That's when I discovered boosteria.org. While I wasn't ready to commit to intensive gaming sessions, I still wanted to stay connected to the gaming world.

I’m in a similar phase with VR right now. I rotate between fitness-type stuff and more chill sim games because it feels like the only way to unwind after work. If you haven’t tried Walkabout Mini Golf yet, it’s surprisingly addictive, and the physics feel way better than you’d expect. For something more intense, Into the Radius is great if you like slower, methodical shooters.
I used to be big into Tekken Tag 2, but these days VR has pretty much taken over my gaming time. I’m also eyeing Wrench, but yeah… it really wants a stronger PC than most sims.
If you ever look around for game keys or check regional price differences, you can compare them on cdkeyprices.com. It’s basically just a quick way to see where a title is cheaper without digging through multiple stores manually.
