Ha... I can relate to this.....
But I reckon if I lived as close to the shop as you do, it would probably be more than once a day... lol..

Punting is an expensive habit. I know. Spent a shit load of cash during a 2 year period and I kind of regret it. That money could have done a lot for me!
I think the line is when it starts to affect your life away from punting, e.g., less time with family, friends, ...
Just like gambling...not a good addiction to have. It’s very financially draining.
Someone once said it’s not an addiction if you can afford it.
Back to the topic. It is all about control. Replace the urge with sometime else. Keep your mind pre occupied with perhaps some chores, movies or even exercise.
I’m glad to say that I have been away from gambling or punting since December of last year. So anything.. so keep your mind strong.
Also read that PSA that’s on the forum.. you will be glad you have kept away...
The day I stop punt or sex is the day I die, haha.
Most I've done is 5 punts a week and yeah, gets expensive real quick. Luckily its under control now
I started punting 10 years ago when I was 35 years of age in Thailand. I use to go punting for 1 week only per year. Then in mid 2017 I discovered this site and went crazy catching up on all those lost years where I've been missing out on beautiful Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese girls and the odd Caucasian girl. Many of my sexual dreams have been fulfilled and I feel like I've had a complete life life now. Its a wonderful thing to touch a beautiful young woman...Lucky I can afford it and I'm just on the cusp of still being young.
I am addicted.....love the thrill of the chase. Seeing willing and beautiful girls in a line up, choosing my favourite one, kissing and fucking and orgasming with a beautiful sexy girl.......yep.....guilty as charged.
Housing affordability is down the shitter. Might have to give up not only avocados but also FS.
Go to Thailand it’s cheaper.....
I try and not think about how much money I spent over the years
But sure I would have been able to buy something really expensive
Look up maslows hierarchy of need
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow...y_of_needs.svg
At the most basic level sex is amongst food water shelter
I feel better now
The most I've done was 4 times in a week but that was in part due to having more free time than normal, the novelty of visiting a place for the 1st time, and having a bit of extra play money.
These days i try to only go once a month and normally with someone from my ever growing to-do list.
..otherwise i could see me blowing a lot of cash very quickly and having to live off 2min noodles lol
There are 20 questions in the 12 step programs that they often ask new member to determine if they are Alcoholics, drug addicts and or Compuslive Gamblers....the 20 questions from GA probably apply the most because the others have a physical side of the addiction.
1. Did you ever lose time from work or school due to punting?
2. Has punting ever made your home life unhappy?
3. Did punting affect your reputation?
4. Have you ever felt remorse after punting?
5. N/A
6. Did punting cause a decrease in your ambition or efficiency?
7. After an average or bad punt did you feel you must return as soon as possible to make up for it?
8. After a winfall did you have a strong urge to go punting?
9. Did you punt until your last available money was gone?
10. Did you ever borrow to finance your punting?
11. Have you ever sold anything to finance punting?
12. Were you reluctant to use "punting money" for normal expenditures?
13. Did punting make you careless of the welfare of yourself or your family?
14. Did you ever punt longer than you had planned?
15. Have you ever punt to escape worry, trouble, boredom, loneliness, grief or loss?
16. Have you ever committed, or considered committing, an illegal act to finance punting?
17. Did punting cause you to have difficulty in sleeping?
18. Do arguments, disappointments or frustrations create within you an urge to punt?
19. Did you ever have an urge to celebrate any good fortune by having a punt?
20. Have you ever considered self-destruction or suicide as a result of your punting?
Some of those questions seem harsh but if can say yes to 4 of them or more, chances are you are in the grip of a punting problem or dare i say an addiction. i easily answered yes to more than 4 and i am not what you would call a 'heavy' punter.

I started punting before most of you guys were born I would venture to say. I do so because I love the variety.
For massage I love trying new shops, always looking for +++ service. For FS shops, I tend to stick to the few
that I know well although I am open to change.
So am I addicted? I don't think so but I am no psychologist.
WayneK.

Those questions are just a guide and i re-worded them to relate to punting. Ultimately it is the punter that has to make the decision that punting and to a greater extent 'sex' is creating problems in their lives.
i would guess the vast majority of punters are okay, even those punting a lot. By no means am I saying it is bad or people shouldn't punt, just don't let it control our lives. So many good girls and times to be had and life is short! There are also lots of other truly wonderful things we can do, even in our everyday lives!
Perhaps making some slight adjustments if you feel it is getting out of hand like taking up other hobbies and stick to your punting plan/budget. perhaps some can spend their $150 or $240 on a therapist or counsellor next time instead of a punt, just to be able to talk with a professional about it. Apart from here, most punters don't have any outlet to talk about punting at a truly peraonal level.
