If its supplied on a prescription, then there is always a record.
And that record is available to all doctors who treat you.
So, if you're married, many men don't want that maybe to be known to their family (ie spouses) GP...

Yeah kamagra works for me as well. I think how much you use depends on your body mass. If you small, half is enough. If you big 1 sachet will do.

The only side effect that I encounters, was light headed after punt. Lol dunno because of the jelly, or because good session.

Just as feedback, tried some Super Kamagra and seriously worked too well. I usually don't cum too early in any case but with it, stayed hard and didn't finished that night. Overwhelmed the gf lol. So if you don't have ed and pe, be prepared to become a pornstar version of yourself.

u find that it desensitizes it too much when going for round2? i was literally out of breath trying to finish.
