I wouldn't call it the norm to creampie, but wouldn't call it a rare occurrence either. It really depends on the girl, plus whether or not she's prepared for it.

Some girls might drop their guard and allow BB if customer is seeing them regularly. Given that some girls are complaining lately that customers are not coming in as frequently as before then some will do what they can to bring more money for themselves.

The blood test also showed HSV-1 which I'm not concerned about as 80% of the whole population has it.
