Only a matter of time probably. Just read Melbourne is fining punters going to massage parlours.
and Tokyo has now just gone to Level 4 alert after covid hotspots have been detected amongst sex workers in the red light district ... cue Gladys and her puritan brigade...
Victoria is close to moving to Level 4 and the way it's going, it might need to if it is to eliminate the spread. New Zealand took this action and it was successful until some UK traveller brought the virus with him when he entered the country just a few days ago.
Anyone deciding to take a break in Sydney at the moment?
Are any of the shops in Sydney taking register of visitors? I saw that pubs clubs etc now have to do that.
Not going to be taking a break yet but keeping an eye on the situation - can go either way at this point.
Is virus getting worse? More people getting the virus now :spook:
Maybe stop working soon ...
Maybe not a bad idea, mulanbaby. The risk is increasing daily. I think that the authorities will move to close shops again soon anyway.
Enjoy every punt as if it's your last for a while
Brisbane punt a few days ago. Name and address or email and mobile number have to be recorded. Yes I gave a false email and mobile number. Hand sanitiser everywhere, no chair in room, spa shut. Everything else was as per usual. More expensive than Sydney but at least it's happening and hopefully will continue to happen. Emma at Skyangel if you are wondering. Listed as Chinese said was Korean but I suspect Chinese because the service was good! Very enthusiastic and nice C/D falsies done under the armpits. CBJ was superb.
Our system here in Australia was working really well and we were down to pretty much eradication (if you define eradication as no local transmission) . But then the Victorian government put a bunch of Third World peasants in charge of hotel quarantine Security, and that's when the whole thing went downhill. If they had the Police, Army, Border Security in charge we would not be in this situation we are now in.
