Thanks to all the advices here, friendly or otherwise.
Whether I should post or response on behave of the shop or not is up to Coco to decide, until she tells me she no longer needs my help, I shall continue.
It took a lot of convincing and efforts to encourage and show Coco what to do (copy and paste and all that) just to post her roster. I think she is also getting helps from her girls everyday just to do the roster herself and finds the reviews in AR (regarding the MLs working on the day) and bring them forward. Thanks to all the Taiwanese girls who have been helping, but apart from that, they don't go on line much unless I told them there are some posts or complaints regarding the shop they should read (which I must say have not been much !)
So if you guys are waiting for Coco/the shop to response to your questions then I am sorry to say that you will be disappointed. I believe it is essential customer services to reply to operational questions either in the forum or via PMs and I think for those people who have ever asked any question to me directly or in the forum would appreciate the quick responses to their questions.
I am here to help, and if you can benefit from it, it's a bonus.
