The simple truth is that she wasn't actually going to work but her name was added to the list by the shop to boost the roster.

I did book Jessie several weeks ago, only to then get a message a bit later that she had cancelled.
When I did show up for me booking (the next day) with the alternate I asked why she was still being advertised as being on the roster when she had cancelled.
The answer was that they just say she is fully booked.

So that she is on the roster is no guarantee that she is actually working that day

I have been trying to book Aya for weeks - messaging/calling just before or as the roster has gone up and she’s always full. Any tips?

I really hope this isn't the case. A couple of times now I've had a confirmed booking for the next day and made the trip out there only to be messaged saying the girl ain't in yet but you can have x girl instead. I'm not one to reward shit behaviour so I've declined but having wasted time travelling and fuel kinda leaves a shitty taste.

Never have this bait switch just 1 time sthey msg me saying girl is sick need to go home earlier. And 1 time the girl decided not to work.

you might have to try a few times/be flexible with your timing as opposed to hers haha....she does have her own fan base

I've managed to book K Rebecca by simply calling up at around 10am on the day to book for lunch.
