Yep, alcohol and these meds are a bad combo. It's not that the meds and the alcohol directly interact, but they each have "opposing"/"amplifying" effects on you, it all becomes a big mess depending on what you take.
The Viagra/Kamagra (they are the same things) is meant to amplify your arousal from sexual stimulation. You get aroused, your hard on is harder than normal, giddy up.
Alcohol has the effect of making it more difficult for you to feel sexual stimulation. If you got really smashed, forget about it, you won't even feel your dick. This is going in the opposite direction of using Viagra.
Then you mix in Dapoxetine, which is meant to fuck with your brain so that it is even harder to be sexually stimulated to the point of cumming. This + the alcohol = your dick doesn't stand a chance.
If you absolutely have to drink alc before the sex (party night, wining and dining, etc) then you must not take Dapoxetine. IE. You can take normal Kamagra, but you must not take "super" Kamagra.
